Tamworth Elim Church has the following affiliations:

- Evangelical Alliance - which is the largest body serving evangelical Christians in the UK, and has a membership including denominations, churches, organisations and individuals. www.eauk.org
- Tamworth Covenanting Churches – Tamworth churches of all denominations who are committed to fellowship, prayer and evangelism within the town. www.tamworthchurches.org.uk
- Reaching Unreached Network (RUN) - A growing network of churches of all denominations who are passionate about mission, sharing common vision and values. www.run.org.uk
- Isubilo - The Isubilo Community Resource Centre was established in May 2000 in response to the increasing needs of people affected and infected by HIV/AIDS in Zambia. Isubilo is a non-profit charitable organization working with and resourcing local Christians and churches of various denominations to be more effective in their community. www.isubilo.org
- Children’s Fellowship of India (CFI) – exists to operate a Christian ministry to meet the needs, both spiritual and temporal, of children in India. www.cfindia.org
